Marketing starts before you launch a product and never ends once the product is out. Marketing is how your website is designed, how you speak to your clients, how you respond to customer feedback, how you approach customer service and how every employee relates with customers and prospective clients and partners. Every employee plays a part in communicating your brand story to the public. You are how you respond to everybody else. Marketing doesn’t mean you should break the bank… it just requires creativity. Get it right and you will attract loyal customers, get it wrong and nobody will even know you exist.

Nokia - Back in the Game .. !!

Nokia was the undisputed king of the mobile phone market for a really long time till everything went wrong for them. The immense success of Android OS by Google contributed greatly for Nokia's downfall. Nokia was rigid at using Symbian OS and the problems for Nokia just got bigger and bigger. The last few years may have been like the worst nightmare for them.

Many people believed that the end was near but all of a sudden, things have started to change. The launch of new  Lumia and Asha series has proved that Nokia is ready to compete again. The launch of phones like the Nokia 205, Nokia 206, Nokia 301, Nokia 105 and Nokia 501 clearly indicate that Nokia is back to the basics. Nokia is working on the bottom line that says "Connecting people" and that is really good to see.

Nokia with the launch of these phones is looking forward to grab the low range market by proving the customers with superior customer value at the lowest possible price and not to forget the great build quality that a Nokia comes with. Nokia has worked really hard to get back. They even had to cut off on some jobs but they kept it on and now it looks like things are getting better for them. The credit goes to everyone at Nokia including Stephen Elop who has been doing a great job out there.

Nokia back in the game
This is not all, Nokia is also looking prepared to compete in the mid range and high range smartphone category. The Lumia series by Nokia is something which can happen to be the game changer for them. The 5 recent Lumia phones working on Windows 8 OS namely 520, 620, 720, 820, 920 are all very impressive smartphones and specially the Lumia 720 is a real beauty. Some people who are not very happy with the Android OS because of certain reasons (like faster battery drain off, an update every two month or so leaving your phone feel outdated and a bit sluggish behaviour sometimes) may actually turn towards these windows phones. Nokia is coming up with beautiful colours to get the attention of most of the people specially the youth. Another thing you will notice is that a great emphasis is given to the social networking which will enhance your social networking experience on Nokia. I just think that the branding of the Lumia series should be done a bit more aggressively but I still feel that its time when we say, Nokia is back in the game .. !!
